		<description>You make a good point about having some self heating meals available, but they do get expensive (in my opinion).  I used some of these but then invested in a small camping/emergency cooking stove.  For $60 I can pretty much cook and eat the same meals I usually do during an emergency.  The other benefit is I know have a method of boiling water for purification if I need to.</description>
